By the way , I recently discovered the work of canadian singer-songwriter :Leonard Cohen , his songs are amazing ,despite having cabaret elements (and I hate cabaret music!) , also his voice is somewhat unusual but it grows on you .

I suggest you try him , here is an excerpt from one of his songs :

A few years ago, I was watching "The Good Thief" a movie by Neil Jordan, starring Nick Nolte, Emir Kusturica and Scarlett Johanson. A beautiful movie, and there was that song "A Thousand Kisses Deep", the music, the lyrics, the voice; I was enchanted, and as the movie ended I went to Virgin Megastore and bought the movie sound tracks, and it was the first time to know Leonard Cohen.
